I have been involved in the tourism Industry for 30 years in just about every facet, from sous chef at Deerhurst Resort, to teaching tourism as a professor at Georgian College in Barrie...to a shareholder of Sherwood Inn in Muskoka I try to recognize opportunities for visitors travelling in Canada. Starting in 2003 I developed Ontario Travel North of Toronto (www.400eleven.com)210 plus members, Canada Travel News, and Georgian Bay Eco Museum(georgianbayecomuseum.com) I am graduate of the University of Guelph Hotel Administration Honours Program (B.Comm) and have completed 20 credits towards my Masters Degree in Environmental Studies at York University. I have a passion to spread the word and tell all of the wonderful stories that will encourage travel in Canada-with an emphasis on Ontario. I believe in "See Canada First"--and wish Governments would take a more proactive approach to keep Canadians travelling in Canada.
